Northamptonshire Joint Municipal Waste Management Strategy.

The Northamptonshire Joint Municipal Waste Management Strategy is made up of the districts of Northamptonshire. I can't see why each district is differently managed or priced, they're all in the same county and country. Having lived in Daventry District Council (DDC) and Northampton County Council (NCC), their recycling habits are very different! NCC recycle card and not glass and DDC recycle glass and cardboard can be put in with th garden waste. If the technology is avaliable why hasn't all districts got access to it but others have?
